Terms of Service
1. Rights and Use
Artist own the copyright of artworks and files, includes display, broadcast, showcase, printing, and more.
Client is allowed to upload or use artworks for roleplay but only for PERSONAL USE.
Client is allowed to trace artwork but for only PERSONAL studying use.
Commission can be upgraded from personal use to commercial use
If commission is not on "for commercial use", Client's right on the artworks limits for PERSONAL USAGE
2. Commitment and agreement
Client provide a clear references to artist
Client agrees that the artist uses their own art style
Artist only use digital drawing software like Clip Studio Paint and Paint Tool Sai 2
Both client and artist MUST keep secret of the private and not shared to public (includes personal data)
3. payment
Payment can only be done through Paypal
70% of cost must be paid in advanced at the start, while the rest follows at the end of commission
